Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the relationship between PT. Tropix Destinasi Indonesia (“Tropix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and travel agents (“Travel Agent”, “you”, or “your”) participating in our services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to comply with these T&C.
Eligible Parties – Travel agents are welcome to join our platform and offer our destination management services to their clients. – To become our partner, you must complete and submit the required administration form. – Retail customers are allowed to join our platform but will not receive any commission. – Retail customers are eligible for any promotions and discounts applied.
Commissions – Travel Agents will receive commission on successful bookings, based on the terms specified by PT. Tropix Destinasi Indonesia. – Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, with the payment processed every month.
Commission Payment Terms – Commissions will be paid to the Travel Agent every month. – The closing date for collecting payments or commissions is on the 30th of each month. – The process of payment will be handled by an appointed bank. The timeline for processing payments depends on the bank’s processing time and may vary. – All bookings must be paid in full no later than 14 days before departure.
Booking Flow & Process – Step 1: Travel Agent or customer searches for a product for the clients on our platform. – Step 2: Travel Agent or customer create a booking for the product. – Step 3: Travel Agent or customer waits for confirmation from Tropix. – If CONFIRMED: A link for payment will be sent to the Travel Agent via email or other linked platforms and devices. Then, Travel Agent or customer proceeds to payment. – If UNABLE to Confirm: The Travel Agent restarts the booking process, selecting any other available products. No payment link will be sent.
Responsibilities – Travel Agent must provides accurate and complete details when submitting bookings and forms. – Travel Agent is responsible for communicating clearly with clients regarding the booking process, travel itineraries, booking modifications, cancellations policy, and payment deadlines.
Modifications and Cancellations – Any modification or cancellation requests by the Travel Agent or clients must be submitted according to Tropix’s guidelines. All such requests will be subject to the terms of the specific product or service booked. Please refer to the selected product’s description.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled travel date are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees. – Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the scheduled travel date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value. – Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled travel date are non-refundable. – Some bookings, including but not limited to special promotions and last-minute deals, may be non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Refund Process – Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Tropix via email at refunds@tropixdmc.co.id. – All refund requests must include the booking reference number and reason for cancellation. – Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after approval. – Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. – Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Liability – PT. Tropix Destinasi Indonesia will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or issues related to the booking, including delays or cancellations, that arise due to circumstances beyond our control. – Tropix’s liability is limited to the commission payments due to the Travel Agent as per the agreed terms.
Privacy and Data Protection – Travel Agents must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling personal information of clients. – PT. Tropix Destinasi Indonesia will handle all data according to our privacy policy.
Termination – PT. Tropix Destinasi Indonesia reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Travel Agent’s or retail customer’s access to the platform at any time, without notice, if any of these Terms and Conditions are violated.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jakarta Selatan (South Jakarta).
